The government is reportedly planning to drop the minimum 30 vacancy requirement for employers to access the Kickstart scheme, meaning that any employer will be able to apply direct to the DWP for any number of vacancies rather than needing to go through a gateway provider to apply. The report says that some organisations have been informed by ministers of this change which will come into effect from 3 February.
