The IfATE is currently consulting on the Level 7 Senior Leader Apprenticeship, following a request from the Secretary of State in February. The Leadership and Management trailblazer group are revising the Occupational Standard and End-Point Assessment (EPA) plan for the standard. Amongst the changes for this standard is the removal of a reference to achieving a Masters degree in management (MA, MSc or MBA) as part of the apprenticeship.
