The ESFA has published the funding regulations for 2020 to 2021 and updated the regulations for 2019 to 2020 to account for the use of electronic recruitment and delivery systems during the COVID-19 pandemic. These regulations have also been added to their 16-19 funding guidance page. They have confirmed that the funding rates and formula 2020 to 2021 guidance, published in March, is their current advice for the funding year and any changes will be communicated via the ESFA Update.
