The Federation of Awarding Bodies, which represents over 100 Awarding Organisations (AO), has written to the DfE requesting that grant funding is made available to AOs affected by the additional costs associated with implementing two of the Secretary of State’s directions to Ofqual, associated with implementing the alternative to summer exams for general and vocational qualifications.
