A recent survey of employers by People Management revealed that most employers expect their staff to continue home working for some time. It showed that only 4 per cent of the 500 employers who responded have returned staff to a place of work following the relaxation of lockdown rules earlier this month. The poll also shows that half of these employers still anticipate making redundancies when furlough ends.
