The DWP ran two webinars last week for further information about their new method for contracting employment support, the Commercial Agreement for the Provision of Employment and Health Related Services (CAEHRS). The CAEHRS is a five year (2020 to 2025), framework-style agreement which looks to incorporate elements of a Framework and a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The intention is that the framework will be used by other contracting authorities such as Local Authorities, Local Government Partnerships and other government departments. The CAEHRS has adopted a tiering approach with the invitation to tender for Tier 1 (calls over £11 million) and Tier 2 (calls between £2 million and £11 million) going live on Monday 29 June.
