In a speech at The Edge Foundation, Robert Halfon MP, Chair of the Education Select Committee spoke about the apprenticeship guarantee and the importance of apprenticeships in boosting skills in the post-COVID recovery, including expanding degree apprenticeships and providing financial support to small businesses to recruit apprentices.
