Changes to Ofsted’s Post-Inspection Processes and Complaints Handling

Ofsted has announced the publication of the outcomes of its consultation on the proposals for changes to Ofsted’s post-inspection processes and complaints handling. The new arrangements which Ofsted will be implementing include a new and consistent post-inspection timeline across all inspection remits, giving providers 5 working days to review their draft report and submit comments and asking providers to submit any formal complaint within 5 working days of their final report, rather than the proposed 2 days.
