The Office for National Statistics has published the latest ‘Coronavirus and the latest indicators for the UK economy and society‘ data. This is early experimental data on the impact of the coronavirus on the UK economy and society. These faster indicators are created using rapid response surveys, novel data sources and experimental methods. They have also published ‘Coronavirus and the economic impacts on the UK’ bulletin, which is based on responses from a voluntary fortnightly business survey. Another statistical release just published is the ‘Personal well-being in the UK: April 2019 to March 2020‘. this gives estimates of life satisfaction, feeling that the things done in life are worthwhile, happiness and anxiety at the UK, country, regional, county and local authority level.
