The DWP has published some recruitment support, information and guidance for employers, which could also support apprentice employers. The guidance lists sources of support and information and some remote interviewing support and tips and information on transferable skills. They have also published guidance for inclusive recruitment support, detailing the business benefits of recruiting from a diverse range of backgrounds. The guidance contains information on being disability confident, and support for recruiting older workers, refugees, ex-offenders, care levers and homeless people amongst others.
