Rise in Cybersecurity Breaches with Increased Levels of Home Working

A survey conducted looking at cyber security policy during COVID-19 has found that 39% of those polled have dismissed staff for cybersecurity breaches during COVID-19. The survey also revealed that 65% of these companies have made substantial changes to their cyber security policy in response to COVID-19 and 100% remote working. Also, 55% of those surveyed already have, or plan to formally ban staff from using personal devices to work from home to help combat security breaches.
