The DfE has published a collection of guidance for FE and apprenticeship providers to help prepare for the end of the transition period on 31 December 2020. Recent guidance includes student sponsor guidance, the point-based system for students to enter or remain in the UK, and recruiting teachers from overseas.
The Business Secretary, Alok Sharma, has released a statement to all businesses about preparing for the new relationship with the EU and highlighting the government’s checker tool on their transition website.
