The ESFA has published a list of Level 2 and 3 qualifications included in the high value courses for school and college leavers offer. This offer is for students aged 18 to 19 who intended to leave education and enter the labour market after the 2019 to 2020 funding year. It has also published a list of level 3 qualifications included in the level 3 adult offer, funded through the National Skills Fund. This offer is for students aged 24 and over to study for their first full work-focused qualification at level 3.
