The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has announced a new Director of Diversity, Jeff Greenidge, a joint appointment with the Association of Colleges (AoC). As part of the role he will drive plans to increase diversity within the FE workforce, particularly at senior levels, and promote inclusive practice in colleges and other parts of the sector.
