Video Stories Sought for National Apprenticeship Week

by | 0 comments

SCTP are working with East Sussex County Council and the South East LEP to generate some social media content, to help promote apprenticeships during National Apprenticeship Week (8-14 February). We’d like your help in sharing apprenticeship-related stories over the course of the week through self-recorded, 60-second videos from apprentices, their employers and their training providers across East Sussex. If you do not deliver in East Sussex and would like to participate, please also get in touch. It would be great to get an apprentice’s view of their apprenticeship, for e.g. why they decided to take the route or where they see themselves going thanks to the apprenticeship, an employer’s perspective, for e.g. why they’re investing in apprenticeships, what it has done for their organisation, or maybe tips for prospective apprentice employers. We would also appreciate the view from an apprenticeship provider for e.g. focusing on a new apprenticeship qualification they’re delivering, how the vocational elements are delivered, or simply showing viewers round technical work areas on campus (if that’s possible right now). If members are interested in getting involved please email info@sctp.org.uk. We would like to hear from everyone who is interested, but particularly keen to hear from those working in the engineering, construction, health and social care, creative, digital and media and land-based sectors.
