The Gatsby Foundation has published a report entitled ‘On and Off-The-Job Training in Apprenticeships in England‘ which draws from two research projects looking at on-the-job training and factors affecting the quality of off-the-job training in apprenticeships. The report lays out several recommendations about how to support employers to offer high-quality apprenticeships. An article from the report authors is available here.
