The Institute for Fiscal Studies (IFS) has published a briefing note entitled ‘Big changes to adult education funding? Definitely maybe’ assessing the key policy announcements made in the FE White Paper around the funding of post-18 education. This article discusses their findings which conclude that the White Paper is a missed opportunity to improve adult education and skills.
