The Tampon Tax Fund allocates the funds generated from the VAT on sanitary products to projects that improve the lives of disadvantaged women and girls. Applications should focus project activities on one of two categories: ending violence against women and girls, or the general programme (which includes education and employment, improving digital skills, mental health and consequences of Covid-19 for disadvantaged women and girls, amongst others).
