As founder and Managing Director of 16-19 provider Dv8 Sussex for nearly 20 years, I have worn many hats covering business development, contract management, curriculum planning, quality improvement, marketing, governance, learning support, finance, HR and much more. My front-line experience of running an Independent Training Provider for many years provides a unique perspective from which I can now support others. I provide strategic and practical support to individuals and organisations to help grow and develop high-quality provision, increase participation and maximise impact. Areas of support offered include • Organisational and business development; • Study Programme and Traineeship development; • Developing marketing and learner recruitment strategies; • ESFA funding and data management; • SEND provision and funding; • Curriculum design, Quality Improvement and Ofsted Preparation; • Employer links, work experience and careers strategies.
