The DfE has published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for a procurement exercise to deliver Skills Bootcamps in HGV Driving this financial year to help alleviate the current driver shortage in the industry. The invitation to tender will be published via the Jaggaer portal. This article highlights the new bootcamps and that the government wants the drivers from these bootcamps on the road by November.
