Totaljobs publishes a quarterly survey of more than 1,000 business and HR leaders, giving an up-to-date view of recruitment and employment trends in the UK. The latest edition provides a look back at the third quarter of 2021 (from July-September) and offers insights into what the labour market could look like over the coming months. It reveals that almost a third of those surveyed expect to be impacted by skills shortages leading to a number of challenges including not being able to meet customer demand.
