East Sussex County Council (ESCC) has announced that it has secured £2.5 million from the UK Community Renewal Fund, which will support five projects in the county. The projects receiving funding include the Innovation Masters Programme, an East Sussex wide project that will improve the productivity of the county’s micro business community through master classes, workshops and roadshows, and “Minding the Gaps”, a partnership pilot working in Lewes, Hastings, Wealden and Rother which aims to support participants into employment by addressing the gaps in the current employment, learning and skills support provision in these four areas.
