The Education and Training Foundation’s (ETF’s) has launched a new development programme for first time leaders. The Stepping into Leadership programme has been designed by sector experts to support colleagues starting their leadership journey by helping them develop their skills and build their knowledge and giving them the inspiration and confidence to succeed. The first cohort, based in London, begins on 6 December. The deadline to book places is 3 December.
