The House of Lords Youth Unemployment Committee, which was appointed in January 2021 to consider youth unemployment, education and skills has published a report entitled ‘Skills for Every Young Person‘. This article highlights some of the recommendations of the report, including making employers spend apprenticeship levy funds on young people at lower levels.
