Following the government update on 12 December on the COVID-19 variant Omicron, the ESFA has published some updated information for FE providers. This update includes encouraging staff and students to take up booster vaccinations, opportunities to volunteer to support the rollout of the booster programme, supporting with physical building space to help administrate and organise sessions for new vaccinators, encouraging students and staff to continue regular Lateral Flow Device (LFD) testing and to report all results, delivery of face coverings and daily testing for contacts of Covid-19.
