The ESFA is looking for volunteers to participate in a user research panel to help it to understand and develop its notifications to users. It would like to hear about experiences of receiving information about grants, specifically, finding out about new grants, knowing what supporting evidence is required and when, understanding whether an application has been processed and when to expect to receive payment.
