Resources are available for the iCan campaign which has been developed to support 12-25-year olds who have SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities), and their parent carers & supporters, to develop confidence as they progress through education and into employment and enable them to become more independent as they transition into adulthood. As part of the iCan campaign, a series of posters have been created showcasing young people from East Sussex thriving either in education, local supported employment or full time/part time employment.
