The ESFA has announced that a variation to the Apprenticeship Agreement for Training Providers has been published. Changes to the agreement include an extension of the Agreement for a period of three years from 31 July 2022; an Accountability Framework for Training Providers being introduced; and a new schedule relating to sub-contracting requirements being added. Providers will receive a notification when the variation is ready to sign through the Manage Your Education and Skills Funding service.
