The Education and Training Trailblazer Group is currently working on the second version of the Learning Mentor and Assessor Coach Standards. They are currently running a consultation Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours (KSBs) part of the standards and are keen to ensure that employers continue to be well represented. There are two surveys – a Mentor survey and an Assessor survey – currently being run as part of the consultation. The deadline for completion has been extended to 1 April 2022.
