SCTP is grateful to the members that have made contact with information about their non-levy procurement allocations. The majority have contracts for much less value that they bid for and a small number of those contacting us so far have no allocation and we are working with them to find solutions where possible. The ESFA has published a list of providers’ allocations here with analysis from FE Week here. Meanwhile AELP is lobbying hard and wants a contract to deliver for all those providers that scored well in the tender process but didn’t receive an allocation, due the their bids being reduced to below the £200k minimum contract level. The ESFA has extended the stand still period before contracts are issued by an extra 10 days to deal with the fallout from the sector which includes grade 1 and 2 Ofsted providers with long track records of delivery and universities that were about to build their Higher and Degree apprenticeship offers, not receiving an allocation. If you have not contacted us yet about your allocation and need support please e-mail paulmitchell@sctp.org.uk in confidence. FE Week has further comment here.
