West Sussex County Council would like to invite you and any appropriate colleagues, to join a stakeholder engagement event to be delivered by National Numeracy, who are one of their partners in delivering Multiply. Sally Hilton from National Numeracy has provided the following introduction to the event: “National Numeracy will be training Numeracy Champions across the region who can empower adults to get on with numbers so they can fulfil their potential at work and at home. Numeracy Champions will be drawn from our Multiply partner network, colleagues across WSCC depts, from our Districts and Boroughs, from those supporting adults in the community, from DWP, community groups and Employers”.
The engagements events are online and scheduled as follows (you only need to attend one):
- Thursday 03 November 2022, 11.00 to 12.30
- Friday 04 November 2022, 10.00 – 11.30

The first round of Numeracy Champion training is then scheduled for 16th and 23rd November, 9.30 to 12.30. Champions would need to attend both sessions.
