The Multiply Programme is designed to boost existing efforts to address low levels of adult (19+) numeracy, up to and including Level 2. As part of the Multiply Programme, the Department for Education (DfE) wishes to commission a programme of randomised controlled trials (RCTs) and other experimental trials, to improve understanding of what works in improving adult numeracy. DfE is looking to appoint a supplier to oversee the set up and delivery of numeracy learning interventions that will be tested as part of the Randomised Controlled Trials (RCTs) and other trials.
