In 2020, ESFA undertook a consultation on subcontracting reform. The consultation set out 10 proposals for reforming the future arrangements for subcontracting of ESFA funded post-16 education and training. This new guidance document from the Education and Skills Funding Agency sets out further information about each of the 10 proposals in the consultation, and further clarification on their position in respect of brokerage.
