Apprenticeship Workforce Development Collaborative & Individual Practitioner Improvement Projects

These two types of six-months projects – undertaken either individually in the case of practitioner improvement projects, or with a minimum of three partners for the collaborative projects are part of the Department for Education-funded AWD programme which is being delivered by the Education and Training Foundation. These projects aim to provide a ‘safe space’ to research and experiment with new approaches and will provide the opportunity for participants to meet with like-minded colleagues and share ideas and effective practice.
