UK Training and Development Limited has overturned an ‘inadequate’ Ofsted judgment following the decision to publish then unpublish the verdict. Following a re-inspection just months after receiving their original rating, the training providers have now been rated as ‘good’. UKTD decided to appeal the original judgment with legal advice, arguing that it was a “flawed and inaccurate inspection”, which shines a light on the problems surrounding Ofsted’s current complaints process.
