The All-Party Parliamentary Group for Youth Employment (‘the APPG’) presents this report following an inquiry into place based approaches to tackling youth unemployment. The inquiry sought to understand some of the drivers behind these regional variations in youth unemployment rates and the role that place plays in young people’s access to opportunity, education, training, employment and support.
