West Sussex County Council have shared the following information about the “Read On” project which has been launched recently by their colleagues in the Library Service. Read On is a library-run learning to read scheme for adults who want to improve their reading skills but may have limited or no reading ability. Trained and supportive volunteers coach learners during weekly one-to-one sessions in libraries, using a dedicated workbook. Click here for more.
