The DfE has published results of the FE Choices Learner Satisfaction survey. The survey shows that 90% of learners were happy with their providers and 82% would recommend their existing provider – very positive approval ratings! The survey took place between October 2017 and May 2018 (before the apprenticeship reforms), with a total of 341,627 learners taking part from an eligible population of 1,821,629, across 923 colleges and other training providers.
