CIPD Report on Employers’ Views on T Levels

by | 0 comments

The Chartered Institute for Personnel and Development (CIPD) reported on its employer survey finding limited awareness of the reforms but general support for the principles and in particular for the development of broad, employability rather than specialist skills. On work experience the report recommends that ‘further consultation is required with employers on this to ensure that the requirement to provide work experience does not discourage organisations from supporting young people studying T Levels’. The report is only 11 pages long with a one page summary and recommendation on the last page.
