National provider network, AELP has celebrated the 900th edition of its weekly newsletter. It started as the newsletter of the Learning and Skills Council as it ‘counted down’ to its implementation but was then taken over by AELP. As part of the celebrations AELP is allowing open access to its 900th edition which can be seen here.
