HE Report on Rise of Dual Professionalism

GuildHE has published a new report using case study evidence from among its members showing how valuable dual professionals – those who teach while also maintaining professional practice ‘outside’ – can be, marrying subject expertise with outside experience. Although this is an HE report there is cross over into FE & Skills where Teach Too projects are looking to promote dual professionalism in training as new apprenticeship standards increasingly require excellence in teaching and occupational competence.
