SCTP member, the Open University, has published some analysis which highlights that UK businesses could be at risk of losing £3 billion in funding, as only 14% of available funding from the apprenticeship levy has been drawn down so far and from April 2019 the government will start to take unused funding to use in skills and training elsewhere.
