The Government’s T-Levels policy has been rocked this week by formal notification of an anticipated legal challenge to the implementation plan by the Federation of Awarding Bodies who are concerned about tight implementation timescales and awarding body procurement plans. To add the the Government’s woes, Skills Minister Anne Milton commented in relation to T-Levels that ‘she is expecting a “slow take-up” when T-levels are launched, and admitted that as a parent she would tell her children to “leave it a year” before studying a brand new qualification’.
