Adult Social Care Reform White Paper Published

The Department of Health and Social Care has published a ten year vision for adult social care. The adult social care reform white paper is backed by £5.4 billion which will include £500 million investment in the 1.5 million strong adult social care workforce so they have the opportunity to progress in their careers with training and qualifications while providing an even better standard of care. The Institute for  Employment Studies has published a blog post entitled ‘improving pay and job quality in Adult Social Care’.
