The ESFA has published version 3 of the advanced learner loans funding and performance management rules 2021 to 2022. It has updated the rules to include the expansion of the National Skills Fund level 3 adult offer from 1 April 2022. More details of this can be found in paragraphs 19 to 25 of the rules.
