The ESFA has updated the Adult education budget (AEB) funding rules 2020 to 2021, detailing changes to the National Skills Fund – level 3 adult offer and performance management arrangements for traineeships 2020 procurement. It has also updated the AEB funding rates and formula 2020-21 guidance to describe how it will fund the new level 3 adult offer for starts from April 2021, and how traineeships funded under the 2020 traineeship procurement for starts from February 2021 should be recorded.
