The All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) on Apprenticeships has published its annual report for 2019-20. The report contains a series of recommendations to increase uptake and improve
the delivery of apprenticeships, while also helping to support the UK economy as it recovers. The recommendations include the government providing apprentices with free travel by 2021, reform of the apprenticeship levy to create greater flexibility and pausing expiry of levy funds for six months to support businesses.
