The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) has opened applications for the 2nd cohort for the development programmes for Governance Professionals of FE and Sixth Form college governing bodies. The Governance Professionals’ Induction and Mentoring Programme 2021 – aims to induct and mentor those who are new to clerking/governance, having taken up post within the last 18 months. For more experienced Governance Professionals, the in-depth The Technical Aspects of Being a Governance Professional – Expert Level Programme 2021 provides a greater knowledge of the role regarding regulation, compliance and board business, as well as an understanding of the strategic context of their college.
