The ESFA has published an updated version of the Apprenticeship Funding Rules for 2021/22. This version follows feedback from the recent clarification exercise. The summary of changes documents details what has changed from the clarification version. One of the changes is around Learning Support funding where they have restructured the rules and say that it has been made clearer about what learning support can be used for and the evidence that is required to support claims.
