Business Secretary Alok Sharma is creating 5 new business-focused groups to consider measures to support economic recovery and look at key domestic and global challenges to support a green and resilient recovery. The groups will focus on 5 key themes including looking at increasing opportunity which will explore how to level up economic performance across the UK, including through skills and apprenticeships. The membership of the working groups has not yet been published but aims to be representatives of UK industry. Further details are here.
